Polymer Vision?s Readius folding eBook reader reviewed
The future is upon us, as is evidenced by the Polymer Vision Readius's folding 5-inch e-Ink display. The Readius packs in Amazon Kindle functionality into a lightweight and small folding package that can download content on the fly with its built-in cellular radio. We've covered this futuristic device before, and now Brighthand has managed to score a review unit to play with.
The Polymer Vision Readius's highlights are its portability (thanks to that oh-so-flexible folding e-Ink display) and its wireless connectivity. Unfortunately, there's a minor quibble with the folding display - slight distortion as a result of the screen retaining a slight curve at the folding points. But, for a Generation 1 device like this, the Readius looks like a real winner.
Hit up Brighthand for their light review.
